My name is Nathan R Mitchell. I am a resident of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Originally from Springfield, Missouri, I attended Missouri State University where I earned a B.S. Degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and also completed my MBA.

Over the past 20+ years, I have been leading, coaching, and developing others, and am committed to my purpose of empowering others to lead to their full potential. I've spent 11 years with the Walgreens Corporation, and 10+ years in K-12 and Higher Education.

I currently serve, and have for six years now, as the Organization Leadership Strategist for Epic Charter Schools in Oklahoma where I oversee our leadership development initiatives for our 2000+ administrators and educators.

I am also committed to being a lifelong learner myself. I am a Certified Member of The John Maxwell Team, a Certified Catalyst with GiANT Worldwide, and am working toward my Certification with the Jon Gordon Companies in 2024. I enjoy going to the movies, music, playing the guitar, and traveling to visit family in Springfield MO. I choose to spend my free time with my wife, Sarah, and our two children, Eiley and Nathan.
